Level 2: YOUR SKILLS
This may be an online or an in-person interview, depending on where one is located.
Here, candidates are evaluated based on:
- Technical skills
- Soft skills
- How one would react if placed in a certain situation.

Level 3: You Are Close
This is the final level of interview where top three candidates are called in for an interview with the HR and Technical teams.
Candidates may be asked for:
- Discussion about their role in detail
- Candidate future plans
- References
